3fifteen, the Microsoft applications solutions division in the Dimension Data SA Group, has won one of the most contested awards at Microsoft’s Partner Summit 2006. Outclassing the rest of the 10 finalists in this category, 3fifteen was awarded the coveted ‘Customer Experience Award’ at Microsoft’s premier annual event for industry partners.

This year, Microsoft recognised partners in each of the 13 competency areas, as well as awards that are aligned with Microsoft's key strategic initiatives namely Customer Experience, Winning Customers and the individual Competency Awards. More than 121 entries were submitted by partners throughout South Africa and these were judged and winners appointed in each of the 17 self-nomination award categories.

The Customer Experience Award honours and recognises the partner that delivers exceptional customer service by providing great quality solutions and services and value exceeding customers' expectations, and demonstrates a high level of proficiency in the solutions and services area that directly contributes to increased customer satisfaction.

“Microsoft competencies help differentiate our capabilities with Microsoft technologies to customers looking for a superior solution. This differentiation helps customers find the solutions partner and resources that match their needs,” says 3fifteen managing director James Baber.

3fifteen is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in four competencies including Data Management (Business Intelligence) Solutions; Information Worker Solutions; Business Process and Integration Solutions; and more recently Custom Development Solutions.
