Speaking after the awards ceremony held at Melrose Arch, 3fifteen CEO, James Baber, says the company is extremely pleased with this result as 3fifteen is actively striving to become a sought after player in the local workplace.

“The Deloitte survey is an excellent tool that helps us to understand what motivates and engages our employees,” he begins.  3fifteen currently has a staff complement of 175 people across its offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
