Job description
- Sales
· Identifying opportunities for new business.
· Overseeing and planning the timely completion of proposals.
· Facilitating contract negotiations and compiling contract documentation.
- Account Management
· Formulating strategies for building the account and maximizing the company’s potential to do business.
· Ensure that a proper handover occurs with the delivery team when business is won
· Coordinating and attending customer status meetings.
· Managing of customer satisfaction and resource issues.
· Monitoring the company’s consistency in attaining support service levels.
· Ensuring support contracts are valid and employed by the customer to its fullest potential.
- Administration / General
· Maintaining accurate monthly sales forecast for all customer engagements.
· Attending regular company sales and project meetings

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must interact and work well with others in various fast changing, environments/situations
- Requires strong networking and listening skills and effective problem solving skills.
- Must be able to motivate others through persuasion and leadership
- Must be able to prioritize, manage time and orchestrate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements - Skills and Experience:
- Previous history & successful track record in customer account management & selling/engaging with medium & large customer accounts.
- Must be extremely motivated to succeed & take responsibility for results.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong relationship building & maintenance.
