Requirements
- minimum 3 years of development experience
- .NET (C#), ASP.NET
- demonstrated history of delivering completed projects
- strong software engineering skills and an understanding of development methodologies
- an understanding of the application of technology in solving business problems
- solid proficiency with Microsoft .NET and other Microsoft platforms, products, and tools
- relational database design and implementation with MS SQL Server
- strong English language skills (oral and written)

Advantageous
- 3 year computer science degree or equvalent
Proficiency in one or more of the following Microsoft products:
- Windows SharePoint Server,
- Microsoft Office SharePoint Server,
- BizTalk,
- Microsoft CRM

- At least 5 years of experience leading a development team
- Proficiency in technical architecture and high-level design, as well as test framework design and implementation

- At least 4 years experience developing code in C# and/or VB.NET
- Ability to negotiate with other teams and partners, including clients
- Great blend of technology background, passion to learn, and customer focus
- Energy and desire to deliver high-quality software on tight schedules 
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- A university computer science degree or equivalent
