Candidate experience:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 / 4.0 (Specifically the concept behind customer relationship management) – 12 months experience
• SQL Server 2005 & SQL 2005 Reporting Services – 12 months experience
• Understanding of Active Directory
• Windows Server 2003 or higher (Advantage)
• Understanding of Internet Information Server (IIS) – 12 months experience
• Understanding of LAN
• Visual C# & .NET Framework (preferably 2 or higher) – 12 to 24 months experience
• Client side scripting (JavaScript) – 12 to 24 months experience
• Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 – 12 to 24 months experience

SharePoint/MOSS would be a great advantage for integration projects.
